Tribute City Fashion Week Hunt!

Scattered throughout Tribute City are 13 shopping bags that contain 13 free items for you to have! This is a blind hunt, meaning you will get all of the slurls/landmarks for the 13 locations. Once you go to a location and locate the special mesh bag, come back to this post to see other locations. The hunt is set up so that you can only touch the same bag every 4 hours, as the prize are random. Happy Hunting!

Tribute City Fashion Week Spotlight: Ava Jhamin

Throughout Tribute City Fashion Week, we will spotlight our amazing designers and the faces behind our fashion week! Our first blog spotlight is on Ava Jhamin, the director of Tribute City Fashion Week.

Ava Jhamin is the owner & operator of L'Amour Model Management. Ava has been involved in the fashion industry in Second Life, since she was a week old. Since 2009, Ava has been producing and directing shows. Ava loves everything the fashion industry has to offer, from the creative side to dealing with the production side of putting on shows. Ava has produced fashion weeks that have included up to 30 designers.

Ava founded L'Amour Model Management & Productions in 2011. Ava has taken L'Amour from being an unknown agency to one of the most active on the Second Life grid. Ava stated that she was honored to work with Tribute City the past almost 2 years.

Ava worked as former runway model, this experience gave her the insight on both the runway side and the production side of fashion shows in Second Life. This insight has led to Ava customizing shows towards the individual designer's needs and wants. Ava firmly believes in the deisgner having choices and being involved as much or as little as a designer chooses.

Tribute City Fashion Week 2013

Tribute City and L’Amour  Management are pleased to announce Tribute City Fashion Week! The event will show off the best spring and summer fashions from some of your favorite designers in Second Life! The theme for the show is “April Showers Bring May Flowers”.

This show will feature and showcase designers who will present their modern, spring, and summer creations and accessories. In addition to the show, other festivities will include both a kick off and closing event and other entertainment.

Designers currently scheduled to present at the show include Allure, Evolve, Faboo, Flowerdreams, K-Code, Poposity, Shey, Syl’s, and Xen’s Hats.

Designers will be in Tribute City, from May 31, 2013 to June 9, 2013, to present their modern, spring, and summer creations.

L'Amour Management is owned and operated by Ava Jhamin.  Ms. Jahmin has vast knowledge not only as model, but also Model Coordinator, Producer, and Director. Tribute City is a very busy shopping and entertainment sim in Second Life. The sim has an Italian influence and boasts 5 club venues, various shops, and monthly events and contests. Tribute City is owned and operated by Jessii2009 Warrhol.
